The PPRCA established the Złote Spinacze Awards competition in 2003. The main goal of the awards is to increase professionalism, raise standards in the public relations industry as well as to create a positive image of the industry by promoting the best, most creative and expertly implemented projects in Poland. The Złote Spinacze Awards also work to educate the business environment on the importance of public relations to business operations.
The Złote Spinacze Awards are an open competition addressed to all organizations implementing PR campaigns in Poland: PR agencies, corporate and institutional PR departments, local governments and non-governmental organizations. Competition entries can be submitted in over 30 categories that break down into the main, sectoral and special. The awards jury consists of experts and representatives from the PR industry, media, business and other opinion-leading organizations.
The statuettes are presented during a gala that offers the opportunity to view the best PR projects, meet their creators as well as to network and establish new business contacts.
