The Polish Public Relations Consultancy Association publishes an annual report entitled Agency Ranking Based on Fee Income. The purpose of the ranking is to show the proper nature of PR services on the market by focusing on communication consultancy and revenue from fees. The term „fee income” is defined as the difference between net revenues from the sale of services and the external costs of project implementation, i.e. the sum of fees and commissions from clients paid to the agency for its services.
The ranking results are verified using a financial audit performed by an independent auditor and includes oversight of data collection, verification and report preparation. The ranking is open to agencies and capital groups whose main activity is public relations. In the case of capital groups, the ranking includes revenues only from those entities in the group whose main activity is the provision of public relations services.
